We recently bought a half of a cow and split that half of a cow with a friend. The result, over 200 lbs of beef! Now, I love to cook, so this is going to be my journey in making new dishes using said cow. Granted not all recipes will be brilliant or new, but I hope to find some new meals my family loves. I may even share other meals that are non-beef while I am at it. Enjoy!
